ayudapresentationlogo22Ayuda is a nonprofit animal welfare program committed to the health and well being of homeless and roaming dogs and cats in the Lake Atitlan region in the Guatemalan Highlands. Operating as a team comprised 100% of unpaid volunteers, they work together in the name of compassion and care in a land where animal control has a history of being handled by semi-annual public poisonings.

 

Do Good As You Go, formerly known as The Muskoka Foundation, has created a network of hundreds of modern day explorers, traveling to communities around the world, using their professional skills to do good as they go. Their vision is to transform the adventure travel sector by including volunteering as a standard part of every traveler’s plans. 

 

JunglaJungla de Panama Wildlife Refuge is a safe haven for injured, abandoned, or surrendered animals indigenous to the cloud-forest region of Panama. They provide medical and rehabilitation services for wild animals and a safe and secure permanent home for animals who are unable to return to the wild. Permanent residents are socialized for visitor interaction, used as therapy animals for local handicapped and autistic children, and provide unique educational experiences for students around the world.
